From creative workshops and exciting outdoor activities to nature-based learning experiences – we’ve thought of everything to give your kids a joyful and adventurous time.

Launching in June 2025 – our nature-inspired forest kindergarten offers supervised outdoor experiences for children aged 4 and up. Here, little ones experience the Black Forest with all their senses: digging, building, listening, laughing. A true slice of childhood – outside.

From Monday to Saturday, 9 am – 7 pm: organised activities, supervised play, action and fun. From 7 pm: kids’ cinema.
Sundays, 9 am – 5 pm: family and children’s programme.
Please note: "Happy Club" is a parent-free zone.
At Hotel Engel, children from the age of 4 can learn to swim during their holiday. They’ll gain confidence in the water and learn how to stay afloat with ease. Perfect preparation for earning their Seepferdchen badge!
Kids learn to swim through fun and games – in a safe and supportive setting.
Minimum stay: 6 nights. Course: 5 x 45 minutes, Monday to Friday mornings.
From creative care in the Happy Club to the soft play area, to the outdoor adventure playground with slide and flying fox – so much is already included. There’s plenty of space, a great programme and endless possibilities to play, explore and enjoy.
