We know that our guests have different preferences, intolerances and allergies. Please let us know as soon as possible, and in any case before your arrival, if anyone in your family has special dietary requirements. This way, we can discuss together in advance what we are able to offer you.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to fully accommodate other dietary forms, such as a consistently vegan diet.

An important note on coeliac disease and allergies

For coeliac disease, we regret that we cannot guarantee a safe and completely gluten-free diet. Our kitchen is currently not set up for strictly gluten-free preparation with consistent avoidance of cross-contamination, nor is our team specially trained for this. The same applies to other allergies and intolerances, where we cannot guarantee a fully safe, individually tailored preparation.

We are truly sorry about this – especially because we know how important a reliable and safe diet is for our affected guests. This limitation is not due to a lack of willingness on our part, but reflects our sense of responsibility: we do not want to promise you a level of safety that we cannot reliably guarantee under our current conditions.

Please feel free to contact the chef on duty or our service team at any time with questions. We are happy to tell you which dishes are, to the best of our knowledge, suitable for you. At our buffets, you choose your dishes at your own responsibility – if you are unsure, please speak to us in advance.
