We kindly ask You to get in touch with us before booking to check whether our hotel meets Your individual needs. Over the years, our hotel has grown, with several extensions added. We now have four connected buildings – but despite being structurally linked, we unfortunately cannot guarantee fully accessible passage from one building to another.

Wheelchair Accessibility

Some obstacles couldn’t be avoided

We offer two apartments that are suitable for wheelchair users – with extra-wide doors and a bathroom equipped with grab rails. From these rooms, You can reach our restaurant area barrier-free via a ramp and lift. To access the indoor pool and sauna area, some slopes and stairs need to be navigated. Unfortunately, our garden with sunbathing lawn and terrace is not accessible by wheelchair.

For Our Young Guests with Disabilities

The HappyClub is for Everyone!

In our HappyClub, ALL children aged 0 to 15 are warmly welcome – including those with physical or mental disabilities.

To give You a clear picture and avoid disappointment, we’d like to share a few important details:

It is possible to include Your child in the childcare programme. However, this is only possible to the extent that Your child can participate in the activities independently, without one-to-one assistance. Our childcare staff are educationally trained, but they are not qualified medical caregivers.

For programmes that require age-appropriate development, there may be limitations in some cases.

We kindly ask for Your understanding if, in such situations, care must take place in a younger age group or may not be possible for certain periods. One-to-one support can be arranged in advance, but must be registered early and discussed directly with the childcare team. In this case, a separate fee of EUR 25 per hour applies, to be settled directly with the carers.

Please make sure to clarify childcare options in advance (ideally before booking) in a personal phone call with our childcare manager.
